Let's hope for a significant upturn in our fortunes in the new year.
Nil desperatum illigitumus carborundum. [Don't let the bastards grind you down :)]
Have a happy christmas. We have played six winnable games under Parkinson – five of those teams even after taking points off us are in the bottom half of the table.

You are probably right Wyn, but if waking up and smelling the coffee means accepting a manager that will draw two and lose four of each six games I’d rather not bother thanks.Kings Hill Addickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08523787530053799457noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6519968491157736669.post-37529144544648289642008-12-21T08:29:00.000+00:002008-12-21T08:29:00.000+00:00The board's plan was always to replace Pardew with...The board's plan was always to replace Pardew with Parkinson if the former went. That was why considerable efforts were made to keep Parkinson when, I think, Huddersfield came in for him. Getting rid of Parkinson will cost more money. Any replacement will have to be a low cost solution. But I know I'm kidding myself.

The "logic" behind the statement on keeping Parky in until January was so flawed. Like so many of the recent decisions.

See Big Sam got an immediate result today. Blackburn obviously think that his high cost is outweighed by the huge loss they would incur if they went down. Wonder why they didn't bring in a couple of loan players instead.

Pembury AddickAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
